Applicants must be employees, or dependent children and grandchildren of Mirabel employees.

Employees must have worked a minimum of 2,000 hours over any time period at the time of the application deadline.
Financial Need is not necessary to apply, but may be used as a determining factor in the awarding of scholarships.
Applicants must be residents of the United States and attending a school in the United States.

Funds are available for enrollment at all levels of tuition bearing, degree, or certificate programs (i.e., technical programs, community college, college and university undergraduate and graduate school).
Award amount will vary based on the type of school the student is attending and whether they are full or part time status.
